Mazda RX7 FD Paint Colour Code Range

The Mazda RX7 comes in a wide variety of colours and paint codes. In the space of 2 years from 1992 to 1993 there were 9 different paints to choose from, in 1994 alone they replaced Crystal White with Chaste White (which I personally had on my '97 Type R 2!). This list is unfinished however does list most of the colours used. You can find the paint code inside your drivers or passenger door shuts.

E9 - Deep Purple Pearl
J9 - Competition Yellow Mica Tri-Coat
M8 - Montego Blue Mica Clearcoat (also coded as 2A)
NU - Vintage Red Tri-Coat (also coded as NT)
PX - Brilliant Black
PZ - Brilliant Black Clearcoat
SQ - Blaze Red
UC - Crystal White
